Search entries
When a name, place, or other term is entered into a search tool, the request is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Washington County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If you email us or submit a message, we retain the information in that message as needed to respond. We do not share it outside our organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Technical information and cookies
Like most websites, the site may receive routine technical information when a page is loaded, including:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring website, when available; and
- dates and times of access.

Who may receive data
We do not sell personal information. Information may be provided to the limited recipients below when necessary for the stated purpose:
- search partners that process submitted search queries;
